Elevated coordinated-theft risk — Rodeo Drive luxury block

Salora correlation raised this site on three independent inputs. (1) Police records: five records inside 0.5 mi in 14 days — two robberies, a commercial burglary, an eleven-vehicle theft-from-vehicle spree and a burglary-tools arrest — against a trailing 90-day baseline of 1.4 per fortnight (3.6×, the highest deviation in the network). (2) Live Safety Network: two agent-verified alerts inside 0.3 mi in 24 hours, the second a P1 armed robbery in progress at a jewelry retailer on Brighton Way. (3) Store reporting: two suspicious-person reports filed by Rodeo AP in eight days, both describing subjects photographing the service entrance. Composite threat graded CREDIBLE. BHPD notified, guard coverage doubled through Monday, HQ emergency bridge open.
